Not necessarily. Many translations can be handled entirely online — you send photos of your documents and we deliver the translation digitally. However, notarization requires an in-person visit to our Almaty office at 19 Manas Street to collect the original stamped document.

Standard translations take 1–2 business days. Express same-day service is available for most document types. Notarization adds about half a day, and apostille timing depends on government authorities (typically 3–7 business days).

Yes! We accept cash (KZT, USD, EUR), bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, Kaspi, and mobile payment options. For remote clients, bank transfer or Kaspi Pay is the most convenient option.
